How do I upgrade to Premium?

Premium subscriptions can be purchased on any platform:

  • iOS/Mac: Open the app → Profile → "Upgrade to Premium"
  • Android: Open the app → Profile → "Upgrade to Premium"
  • Web: Sign in at haltalerts.org → Dashboard → "Upgrade to Premium"

Why am I not receiving notifications?

Make sure notifications are enabled in your device settings and within the HaltAlerts app. Free users receive limited halt alerts per day, while Premium users get unlimited notifications.

How can I cancel my subscription?

Subscription management depends on where you purchased:

iOS/Mac (Apple):

Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → HaltAlerts → Cancel Subscription

Android (Google Play):

Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → HaltAlerts → Cancel Subscription

Web (Stripe):

Sign in to haltalerts.org → Dashboard → Manage Subscription → Cancel

What exchanges do you support?

We monitor halt data from NASDAQ and NYSE, covering all major U.S. stock exchanges including NYSE American (AMEX).

How do I update my payment method?

Payment updates are managed through your subscription platform:

Android:

Play Store → Menu → Payment methods
